Horizon State Bank, The Patch Chord and the Cameron Fire Department have teamed
up to produce a video project for the purpose of training and review for
firefighters.
Stan Hendrix, owner of The Patch Chord, a local Audio Video production company,
is currently an on scene videographer for the Cameron Fire Department. His
duties include going to major event scenes, training exercises and fire dept
educational events to shoot video and then supply the video to the department
for review and training by firefighters.
Video will be shot throughout the year, then clips from major events will be
compiled onto a single video for future fire fighter training and an additional
video for use in educational programs put on by the fire fighters.
Horizon State Bank is underwriting the entire cost of the video project so
that the project doesn't eat into the budget of the fire department, who's
priorities are always to acquire equipment and training in order to save lives
and property.
